By purchasing from Launchdesk you agree to these terms.

We provide the products and services described on this site. Deliverables, timelines, and prices are as stated on the relevant page at the time of your purchase.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as INSOMNIAC AGENTS, the platform that operates this storefront's billing.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We may update these terms; the version shown here applies to your purchase.

Privacy Policy

Launchdesk collects only what it needs to deliver your order: the contact details and project information you choose to share with us, and the order metadata Stripe returns when you pay.

Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our systems. We do not sell your personal information, and we share it only with the service providers (such as Stripe and our email provider) needed to fulfil your order and reply to you.

This is a static site and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email reid@allegianttechnology.net and we will action your request.

Refund policy

We deliver your launch materials by email within five business days of receiving your product URL and details. If we miss that deadline you get a full 100% refund, no questions asked. If we cannot produce work that meets the standard we promise for your product, we refund rather than ship substandard work.

What we do and do not do

We write your launch copy, submit you to directories in a real browser with screenshot evidence, and prepare your technical launch files such as llms.txt, structured data, and a sitemap. We do NOT post to social media on your behalf, we do not run ads, and we make no promise of upvotes, traffic, press, or buzz. The launch outcome is yours; we deliver the materials that make it launch-ready. We never invent claims about your product and never post fake reviews or testimonials.

Payments and billing descriptor

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show INSOMNIAC AGENTS, our Stripe merchant account, not Launchdesk.
